Sons of Cain Series
Book 1

You don't determine who I am
Twin brothers separated from birth. One looks like everyone else, but one doesn’t and has to hide out of fear. After their first encounter, they will never be the same.

Newton was finally beginning to feel accepted, but somewhere in his being, he knew he was different. Okla had been preparing to take leadership of the clan but was denied his birthright. Both of them need each other, but can they accept where the future is taking them?

Cain killed his brother Abel and was cursed to wander the earth. His children would also bear his mark. My Brother’s Keeper is a story about two of Cain’s descendants living in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri at the turn of the twentieth century when industrial progress was making it more difficult to hide from the outside world.

Acceptance, Forgiveness, Redemption.

Could the secret they are keeping cost them everything?
Book 2

Lucy was just trying to get through prom week
Prom week should have been a time to remember, but for Lucy Burns, it was the beginning of a nightmare.

Set in 1970, Tolivers Pond is a sleepy town about to be rocked by the murder of the county judge and his family. Lucy is caught in the middle of it all and her only hope of survival lies in her visions of the young woman who was murdered. Can she use this knowledge to help the FBI and local law enforcement to find the killers?

A voice from the past is there to guide her, but will she accept her sacred gift in order to protect the clan and others like them?
The curse was supposed to be broken…but was it?
"I just finished reading the book and I loved it. The time and place I feel was well thought out. The main character's story was quite believable. I felt for Newton, the confusion of finding out where he came from and the determination of learning more. I highly recommend this book as a very enjoyable read." Lorna K.
"This is a fresh, modern take on an age-old story. I love the Ozark setting and characters! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!" cgilkey
Great book, enjoyed it and can't wait for the next book in the series!
"This book was very entertaining and I read it in two days because I didn't want to put it down. There are a few cliff hangers from one section to the next and I like that. I also love the history included about the Ozarks. I am hoping the next book in the series comes out soon!" MaryJo B.
Reviews "My Brother's Keeper"
"I love reading and though this is not the genre I usually read, it caught my imagination and kept my interest throughout. It’s message of acceptance is something our society needs to hear and this book delivers it in a special way. It is written for teens but if an adult is looking for an enjoyable easy read they will love this story. Can’t wait for her next book." Virginia B.
Interesting read with a twist of events.
"I enjoyed the reading it took me a little bit to get into it, but well worth it. Not my usual type of reading. The book is more of an older teen or young adult in my opinion. This is the reason for four stars. The author did a super job writing this book. Easy to follow, scenes described great, could almost picture myself there. Can't wait for next book in the series. Naomi W.
I had to force myself to stop!
"I started reading one Friday evening and read until I was so tired I had to go to sleep. I got up the next day and finished. Throughly enjoyed it. I loved the historical background to the story. I am aniously awaiting the next book." Becky T
